For a magical Christmas visit Market Walk

It's that time of year again when we start planning Christmas menus, buying ingredients and braving the cold winter weather to go in search of the finest food for the whole family to indulge in. Market Walk has it covered, quite literally, with an exciting variety of top quality, fresh food traders under one roof, all offering something to please everyone's taste buds. From artisan bread to gourmet coffees, fresh seasonal vegetables to olives and cheese, you will find plenty to liven up your Christmas menus. Whilst you're there, why not pre-order your Bronze Christmas Turkey from Bevan's Butchers?

Christmas wreaths, table arrangements, plants, small trees and flower bouquets are also available to order from the most talked about florist in town Flowers by Flutterbyes!

On Saturday, December 12, the Market will be celebrating the magic of Christmas when Santa makes a special appearance to Market Walk in his famous red sleigh. Between 12pm and 5pm meet Santa, say hello to Rudolph and the gang at the reindeer pen and get that all important reindeer selfie! Santa's mischievous elves will also be wandering around the Market keeping the good little boys and girls entertained throughout the day.

If you have visited the Market before you may have bumped into larger-than-life, Miss Lala or Picture Perfect Parties. They will both be returning Saturday, December 12 with Miss Lala appearing as a giant angel to entertain shoppers with her stilt walking and balloon modelling skills, while Picture Perfect Parties will be adding a bit of glitz and glamour to the Market, with FREE face painting between 11am and 4pm.

Kick back and enjoy all the entertainment with mulled wine and a delicious mince pie, enter into our FREE prize draw to win a luxury Christmas hamper worth £100!

This year Market Walk has teamed up with local charity Besom to support the less fortunate families of Woking. To take part, donate a gift, bring it along to Santa on Saturday, December 12 and he will make sure it gets delivered in time for Christmas! Just so you don't miss out on all these exciting activities, the Market will be open the usual seven days a week as well as additional hours over the Christmas period. Please refer to our opening hours.

We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you at the Market over Christmas and in the New Year!
