Ingredients for Green Smoothie Boost Recipe

Serves 1-2

  • ½ avocado
  • Roughly 100g frozen spinach (about 2 cubes)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 handful flaxseeds
  • 400mls water
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together, until the consistency is smooth and drinkable.
