It’s amazing how quickly the festive season catches up with us. One minute we’re thinking about the Big Wardrobe Switchover from summer to autumn, the next we’re frantically writing lists in an effort to get organised for Christmas! Where does the time go? This is likely to be even more rushed if you’ve a family to cater for, particularly if one of the members is a new addition! So to help tick one thing off your list, we’ve scoured our Newborn collections to find you that all important First Christmas outfit…

FINDING SOMETHING YOU KNOW THEY’LLBE HAPPY TO WEAR ALL DAY IS NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

Christmas is undoubtedly the BEST time to get the family together. Relatives from far and wide make the annual pilgrimage to whoever is hosting the festivities. It’s the perfect excuse to immortalise these precious moments with endless snaps for the family album (or more likely the family Whatsapp group!). So it’s important everyone’s looking tip top – especially your new arrival!

When it comes to dressing your newborn for Christmas – it’s fair to say there’s quite a big decision to be made. Their first Christmas will be remembered forever therefore their outfit is something you want to be proud of. Finding something you know they’ll be happy to wear all day is the number one priority – after all, Christmas is a day of enjoyment and if a scratchy costume is going to cause tears, avoid avoid avoid! A colour theme is also important. Are you concerned if your bubba does not match your red, green and gold festive decor?

To ensure a comfy, happy baby – we think this sumptuously soft get-up is a winner. The neutral palette will complement all schemes plus the subtle nod to the festive season means they’ll be wearing this well into the new year (or until they’re too big for it!). These cotton two pieces can be mixed and matched for extra versatility and the warming beige cardi and tan pram shoes are ADORABLE touches to keep them snug as a bug, not to mention accessorised to perfection.

Is this your baby’s first Christmas? Or are you spending time with a family member and their newest arrival? Treat them to some super cosy new pieces from our Newborn collections.
